Why do we restrict sales of certain products to only Law Enforcement?

Precision Delta LE is the law enforcement distributor division of Precision Delta Corp. Due to contract restrictions with the brands we distribute, certain products can only be purchased by LE departments or the individual law enforcement officer. If you are looking for Precision Delta products not listed on this website, please visit our commercial website www.precisiondelta.com.

Why are the prices listed on the website higher than my department’s pricing?

Prices listed on the website are not a reflection of state contract or department pricing. LE departments receive volume discounts and are sales and FET (Federal Excise Tax) exempt. If you are needing a quote for a department purchase, contact our sales team LEsales@precisiondelta.com.

What is required to place a department purchase order?

All orders must be place on department P.O. The following products require additionally:

    • Ammunition
      • Department purchase order
      • FET exemption certification (federal agencies are not FET exempt)
    • Combined Systems - Less Than Lethal
      • Department purchase order
      • FET exemption certification (federal agencies are not FET exempt)
      • CTS training certificate
    • EOTech
      • Completed DOR form
      • Department purchase order
      • Completed end user agreement (if purchasing laser units)

Do you stock all items listed on your website?

We try to stock as much product as we can. Certain items we do not stock due to manufacturer restrictions and other products have extended lead time. The products that are listed as in stock on the website are in stock currently. The stock status on our website is not a reflection of our entire inventory, we stock much higher volume than what is listed on the website.

How do you ship?

Most items will ship either FedEx or UPS, non ammunition orders may ship USPS.

Can I return ammunition I purchased?

Due to liability and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on ammunition

Can I return aerosols (OC/pepper-spray)?

No, due to expiration dates and usage concerns, we do not accept returns on aerosols.

How do I return and item?

We will accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. Ship it back to us with a copy of your invoice and we will refund the amount to your original method of payment. Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to process.

How long do I have to return an item?

We will accept returns of an item within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is unopened or used.
